SWORDS

The Suit of Swords is represented by the element of air. Swords reflect our intellect, willingness and determination. The suit has an affinity to the our pursuit of the truth and is associated with thoughts, ideas and mental comprehension. The Swords can be a dramatic suit filled with many twists and turns, just as the mind never rests, twitting and turning, sometimes violent, sometimes calm, but always moving. Characteristic of the suit is a sharp mental faculty, reflected in its pursuit to discern right from wrong and truth from fiction.

Swords people are intelligent, inquisitive and questioning in their quest to understand how things work through rationalised process. They can also be suspicious, irrational and deluded. Swords also reflect new ways of thinking, rational methodology and clarity based on truth, as well as irritability, anger and violence.
